Child friendly, cozy home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, about 200m to the beach on a direct access road--this cute beach house is a great place to relax with family/friends. Come hang out on the large patio where you can see the ocean and/or hang out underneath and enjoy the fire pit, outdoor games, an outdoor shower, hot tub, grill, kayak and paddle board. Plenty of activities to keep you entertained on your next beach vacation! Up to two well behaved dogs are welcome for a $50 pet fee.

The downstairs area features a custom bar with seating, large family picnic table and an outdoor shower. There is also a grill and fish cleaning station. Provide both satellite TV and WiFi. You will be close to everything when you stay at this cozy, centrally-located home. You have direct access to the beach , 5 minute walk or 1 min golf cart/car ride. Enjoy bird watching from the front deck and cook outs underneath the house. There is a fenced yard for pets (must have prior approval), swings, and plenty of parking for the family. Grab donuts from the local donut shop in the morning or a frozen beverage to cool off after a day at the beach, both a short golf cart ride away.

Corazon Del Mar: A Beach House That Has Everything

Corazon Del Mar sits about 800 feet from the beach. Nearly everything is provided to our guests. All you will need to bring are your personal items. The house is pet and smoke free, however we provide two designated smoking areas outside. The house has a large outside deck for tanning and also a screen porch to escape from the mosquitoes. There is a large picnic area beneath the house with a gas grill, storage area, picnic table, porch swing and bench. There is also an outside shower.
