Adorable 220 sf cabin perfect for a romantic getaway or a quiet place to unwind on a business trip. There is a queen size bed, useful kitchen area with electric burner stove, microwave and sink. A dinette for sitting or working and another sitting area outside on open but covered portico. Outside is a charcoal grill and firepit. The cabins are located with direct view of the canal where you can rent kayaks and canoes. The canal is right on our property so feel free to fish and explore!

Lake Moraine 2026: Lake is drawn down 10 ft for the NYS Madison Reservoir Dam rehab. Swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, fishing all continue. No construction noise. Lake activities for our guests run from the Colgate Boathouse — short walk down Frank Road or quick drive to its dedicated parking lot. Self-serve kayaks, paddleboards, and life vests. Two-bedroom cottage sleeping 6, smart TVs in every room, full kitchen, lake-facing deck, fire pit. Welcome wine on arrival. Five minutes to Colgate.

Located inside the village of Union Springs, this home is brand new construction! The bright and open floor plan includes two bedrooms and one bath. The downstairs bedroom has a full-size bed and a flat screen tv. The spiral staircase leading to the loft bedroom has a king-size bed. Also available is a queen-size pull-out sofa bed in the main living area. This property has a unique style all its own. We offer Spectrum wifi. Guest limit is 4.

Cyclists: You can ride directly onto our property from the Erie Canal Trail (ECT)! Located minutes from NYS 31, this modern restoration of an authentic 1850 canal home has plenty to offer to the road-weary wanderer. Situated on just under an acre of land, this historical property is diagonal to 50' of frontage of the original Erie canal. Come see our cornice brackets, restored scrollwork and much more.
