Our cozy cottage is the perfect place for a quiet romantic getaway, cruise ship stopover or the business traveler. It is nestled within a quiet community with a privately gated entrance and shaded yard. There are two parking spots for vehicles. It is half of a duplex home located 1 block from the beach with many nearby restaurants and shops. It is just 1.5 miles from the world famous Cocoa Beach Pier, 2.5 miles from Port Canaveral and less than 20 miles from Kennedy Space Visitors complex.

Excellent location! Across the street from the beach of Cape Canaveral for morning walks and an afternoon of playing in the waves. Easy walk to the Cocoa Beach Pier with restaurants and a beautiful ocean view. Short drive to Space center and the Port with a ton of places to eat. The condo has a large bedroom with a very comfortable King size bed, a sleeper sofa and the kitchen is equipped with everything you need.
