A cute little (early 1900s) two bedroom cottage that is less than 10 minutes walk to everything Port Elliot has to offer - the Strand, the beach, bakery, 2 hotels and Lakala Reserve. Inverter air-conditioners keep the four main rooms cool in summer and warm in winter - or use the ceiling fans if you prefer! Little extras included - long-life milk, condiments including coffee, tea, sugar, salt & pepper, oil & a range of spices. Warm throw rugs for the winter. A comfortable budget option.

Our charming coastal retreat is a 1990’s weatherboard home complete with an outdoor Pizza Oven and kitchen/ BBQ facilities and a children’s play house. We are offering a neat and tidy 2 bedroom granny flat situated on our property. This accommodation is best suited for both short and long term stays. Our new renovation at the front of accommodation is very private with beautiful views of the hills and wetlands. We are very close to beach which is only a short walking distance. We live here permanently and we are friendly and happy to help with any enquiries.
