Escape to this charming studio, tucked within an existing shed sitting above an artist space. Offering stunning views and a modern coastal interior. Stay comfortable year-round with heavy insulation, double glazing, and split system air conditioning. Binoculars are provided to enjoy the surf, whales, and birdlife. A microwave, air fryer, kettle, pod coffee machine, and Weber BBQ are available for meals. Just 1.3 km from Horseshoe Bay and a short walk to the Port Elliot Bakery and The Strand.
