Our home is located on the peaceful edge of Port Fairy overlooking one of Port Fairy’s beautiful south beaches.(please refer to updated map under our photos for exact location). Located in a quiet environment at the end of our 800 metres track from the Prince’s highway and a few steps from the water’s edge. Our home has the privilege of private beach access and magnificent ocean views. Both spacious rooms provide a rural outlook that is located off the edge of our family home courtyard.

This 1850's stone cottage that will delight and enchant. Explore pristine beaches and the little village of Port Fairy, settled by the Irish long ago and full of charm. Where else can you stand on the front step of a little piece of history, with a magnificent avenue of Norfolk Pines to the right, the delight of all that a town has to offer with its eateries, galleries and shops at your back, and the long sandy beaches and roar of the Southern Ocean just over the dunes in front of you?

The Cosy Little Beach Shack: Pets are Welcome

The Little Shack is a modern bungalow with a spacious double gated yard area, less than 1km from the beach. It is situated behind the main residence. 1.6 kms from the Main Street of Warrnambool and a short drive to the river mouth and beaches, it’s around the corner from the Fletcher Jones gardens, fish + chip shop, laundromat and cafe Wilba + Co. Most pets are welcome to stay with pre-approval upon booking. The bed is double - so cosy! If you’re 6’4” it’s maybe not ideal!

Ella Blue Absolute Beachfront

Ella Blue has beautiful 180 degree views over the East Beach. You are so close you could touch it! This beach front property is well suited to a couple or family of four. A large deck spans the upstairs apartment which gives you amazing views and is perfect to enjoy a very relaxing holiday. The apartment is the upstairs section of a holiday house and has a private entrance. With the town within walking distance this apartment is a wonderful escape from reality.

Clonmara Front Garden Cottage Two

Our place is great for enjoying laid back country life. You are just 1.5km to the middle of Port Fairy township with shops, cafes, pubs & beaches but also uniquely located in a country style setting. The cottage is set amongst our other independent accommodation. We do stress that the Cottage is located at the front of the property on Princes Highway so you do get road noise from trucks but we have had many guests stay, enjoy & the price reflects this.
