Bring or rent a kayak or paddleboard: explore Hood head, Squamish harbor, or Gamble bay. Close to the Hood Canal Floating Bridge. Summer days we often have deer in the yard, and eagles soaring above, watching the shoreline for fish. Our yard has fruit trees, a barbecue, fire pit, and views of the mountains and water There is a trail through the woods to the nearby shoreline. It's a spacious ground floor retreat. A great, private studio apartment with its own entrance in our remodeled basement, featuring stylish finishes. Guests can enjoy the hot tub and private guest-only gazebo. Convenient access to Seattle via Kingston or Bainbridge ferries, including the fast ferry from Kingston. Nicely located at the north end of the Kitsap Peninsula, with proximity to the Olympic Peninsula. Downtown Poulsbo is under 15 minutes away. Located just over a mile south of the iconic Hood Canal floating bridge.

Our cottage is only 10 minutes away from the Kingston fast ferry to downtown Seattle! A casual weekend at Gamble Bay awaits you. Quiet, comfortable, clean, private guest house. To help you disconnect and relax this cottage does not have TV or WIFI. We love the marine life on our bay. There is access to the tidelands for your kayak or paddle board . Beach shoes are recommended.Enjoy an open fire with s’mores for dessert. Bring your bicycles for riding through the trails in Port Gamble.

This is a magical place for kids to play and explore!
