Welcome to Casa by the Sea. The home is about 1/2 block to the sand with direct access right down the street. The home has a wide open floor plan that makes being with friends and family fun and enjoyable. The home provides games, corn hole, beach toys and beach towels for recreation. There is a gas grill on the back patio that is hooked up to natural gas so you never have to worry about changing a tank. You are going to love sliding in the lifestyle here at the beach. Really cool 2 bedroom, close to the beach!

My two bedroom apartment is all on the 2nd floor of the building. You will like it because it is close to the Oxnard harbor and beaches. My place is 35 minutes to Malibu and 40 minutes to Santa Barbara :) Note: The front door of this condo faces an alley. There is potential for noise from the neighbors and also noise from cars passing by.
