Fantastic place to watch or photograph a launch, just 5.4mi from the launch pad. Only a short drive to South Padre Island beaches, food, and attractions. Has 2 bedrooms, an air bed, and a large couch, allowing the whole group to enjoy. Spacious living room, well-equipped kitchen, open layout, and a large deck with propane grill for entertaining.

Enjoy the amenities at LIV including indoor & outdoor pools, hot tubs, Pickleball /tennis, 18 hole-par 3 Golf Course, tennis, shuffle board, mini golf, gym, restaurant and so much more! Guests must check in at the Long Island Village between 9am-5pm to pay for their vehicle passes (two vehicles max) and wristbands. This is a $90 fee that will be paid directly to Long Island Village

Bedrooms have a television capable of streaming. This property comes with a boat lift and a private dock to fish from. You will have the entire top unit and deck to yourselves. The bottom unit is not for rent so you will be by yourself on the property.

Beautiful modern 2 bedroom 2 bath family cottage. Check in starts at Resort Center for parking pass and amenities wristbands. An $90 administrative fee has to be paid to HOA for the parking and the amenities wristbands. If Long Island Village Resort Center is closed, drive to the security gate. Key pad will give you instructions to contact security to register for the night ***Registration must be completed next morning***. You will be able to access all areas of the home. Great location!

This home is fully equipped with private parking on 4.5 acres of land to watch migrating birds or relax on the furnished porch for your enjoyment. With a variety of southern trees surrounding the property, the shaded areas provide the perfect resting place for birds. The cottage is in a prime location- it is close to the Port so the drive to the beach is very convenient/easy, it’s also close to the airport and spacex.
