Our modern and cozy attic is located next to the beach of Alicante, the leisure port, and the emblematic Explanada. It has a large living room with amazing and beautiful views, fully equipped kitchen, room with double bed (150 cm x 200 cm) and complete bathroom en suite, double bedroom (twin beds 90 cm x 200 cm each) and another complete bathroom. We comply with all cleaning protocols using suitable Covid-19 disinfection products

En el centro historico de Alicante

Уютная небольшая квартира-студия расположена в историческом центре Аликанте, в пешеходной зоне рядом с кафедральным -собором Святого Николая. В 500 метрах находится пляж. Совсем рядом находятся в большом количестве рестораны, бары, кафе. Квартира полностью отремонтирована в 2019 году. Поздний заезд после 22 часов оплачивается отдельно и стоит 15 евро.
