Lakeview is a townhouse situated on the edge of a lake adjoining a series of waterways. The accommodation includes the entire ground floor area and consists of two bedrooms, a large bathroom, sitting room, indoor atrium, kitchenette and quiet area. The second floor is the permanent residence of the host. Access is shared. A quiet courtyard with a BBQ ,and a sunny front verandah with a lovely view are available for your use. There is garage space for one car. Breakfast provisions are provided.

A 10 min drive to the Centre of Cowes, 20 min walk to beach. Breakfast provided every day (Toast/croissants/muffins/ condiments/Yoghurt/fruit/Cereals). Chrome cast and Wifi available. Fridge/microwave/kettle/Toaster and utensils. Tea/coffee Machine. Dishes are washed daily linen/towels provided. No smoking. No Vic levy tax charged

Bird Rock B&B - Self-contained room near the beach

This comfortable room is fully self-contained and just a short walk to the beach and shops. Enjoy a relaxing escape to the coast, take in the amazing views and surf the world-class waves in the area. There is a queen-sized bed, couch, ensuite with toilet and shower, microwave, kettle, bar fridge, TV with Foxtel and Wifi. Everything you need for a week or weekend away. Ideal for couples. You'll have your own key and can come and go as you please, plus there is undercover parking for a car.

Studio apartment

Our comfortable one bedroom self contained studio apartment has a king size bed with heating and air conditioning, it also includes your own fridge. Both shopping centres and very good restaurants are within walking distance. The beach is also an easy walk away. The bus stop is at the corner of the street with easy access to Geelong railway station and other Bellarine Peninsula villages. The Flying Brick brewery and many wineries are close by. Ocean views from many aspects. Private entry.

Plover's Rest Homestay-Green room Twin Share

This early 1900's cottage has been charmingly restored with stunning features though-out. The Green Room has been decorated with a French Provincial theme and offers twin share accommodation. You'll have everything you need for a relaxing experience on Phillip Island. Plover's Rest is close to Cowes Northern beaches, a short drive to the famous Penguin Parade and Nobbies Centre, and a nice walk to the township of Cowes itself. This is our 2nd room and the same friendly hospitality continues.
