#Parkerfarmstay is a 11 acre hobby farm. We have 2 units on the farm PF1 sleeps 5 max and PF2 sleeps 7. This one is cosy next to chickens/ducks, the other is larger + laundry next to the playground. Ideal for family or friend groups who want to stay together on the Mornington Peninsula. Yarra Valley Vineyard Cottage, premier location

Beautiful, bright and lovely cottage nestled within a stunning Yarra Valley vineyard and farm. Neighbouring wineries, such as Coldstream Hills, Yarra Yering, Medhurst and Oakridge, are two minutes away, and Healesville is an easy 8 minute drive. If you want a a relaxing getaway, you will love the interior space with its well-equipped kitchen and spacious dining area. Herb gardens edge the back deck, and the front verandah catches the afternoon sunset. The cottage is a gorgeous getaway.

Farm Cottage near Peninsula Hot Springs

2 Bedroom Farm Cottage between the Ocean and Bay beaches at Boneo provides extra space to truly relax. You're only 7kms from Rosebud and 5 mins from the Hot Springs. The changing seasons bring new things to discover, in spring you'll see baby lambs, in Summer pick delicious Mulberries, Autumn has the apple trees bursting with fruit and then there's free range eggs from the chooks all year round. Don't forget Zeus the wonder dog. Every 3rd Saturday check out the local Boneo market.

The Shed

A very spacious light and airy one bedroom 'shed' on a small farm in Freshwater Creek. Quiet and peaceful. Wander round the 1.2km track looking for wildlife or jump in the car and go to one of the many nearby beaches for the day. Dogs are welcome but not allowed in the living areas. Our 4 dogs roam the property. Definitely not a stay for people afraid of dogs. Stable facilities and paddocks are available on request and for an extra fee if you would like to holiday with your horse

We have two air bnb's located behind each other approx 20m apart, with a fence separating them .
