This lovely separate street level unit, called Sweetgrass, pure South Carolina, is close to the city center, parks, art and culture, restaurants and dining, and great views. You’ll love my place because of the ambiance, the outdoors space, the neighborhood, the moss draped oaks, all the comforts of home. The carriage house is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families with children 12 or older. NOTE: Guests must be 25yrs old+ to rent. Travelers insurance is encouraged.

We love the laidback neighborhood, charming historic architecture, and the 5-block walk to the breezy waterfront along Bay Street. The cozy cottage is one bedroom, one bath, and a lovely living space on a postage stamp lot. The built-in breakfast nook is our favorite spot. Other features are the chic furnishings, 11’ ceilings, tall casement windows, and little front porch. Off-street private parking for one car and smart tv/wifi. The 400 SF cottage is named after the architect's daughter.

Stylish Renovated Chapel -Close to Everything!

We’ve renovated our mid-century chapel into a spacious , wonderfully outfitted vacation rental. The Chapel is exceptionally comfortable and very central-but still peaceful. Walk a mile along beautiful waterfront Bay Street and you're downtown amongst galleries, restaurants, bars, and shops and the 4 blocks in the other direction puts you on the Spanish Moss Trail, perfect for biking and running. For USMC graduations, Parris Island is an easy 6 mile drive- we are convenient to everything!

1 Bedroom Guest House. GREAT location. 15 minute walk over bridge to downtown. Bedroom has queen bed, living room has full size futon. Small Fridge, Microwave & Toaster in kitchen (No Stove/Oven). Quick walk to Fishing dock and Dockside restaurant PLEASE! put the correct amount of people. It’s a maximum of 3 people. There is an additional fee for a third person. There is parking for 1 vehicle. This tranquil, private, river retreat has incredible views of the marsh and the Beaufort River. Located in popular Pigeon Point, you are just a short bike ride or a 20 minute walk to the historic district and downtown Beaufort.
