Delaney’s Compound-Deeply discounted monthly stays

Delaney’s Compound Guest House accommodates up to 4 guests. Dogs are welcome with pre-approval & $75 fee (for 1st pet). A small fenced yard keeps them safe! The Guest House was built using reclaimed lumber & other charming elements from the original farmhouse outbuilding (circa 1889). There’s a cozy fireplace for snuggling and a second floor balcony for coffee or cocktails. The front yard has a fire pit and river views. The Guest House is sparkling clean, fully furnished & ready to welcome you!

Trumpets called Clarions were found in post-Roman Europe. A Clarion has clear tones, a dictionary calls it "brilliantly clear". We understand a Clarion Call to be a clear, urgency in the spirit to move and to act with haste. The Clarion was an loud, shrill instrument similar to a signaled time to go into battle. A clarion call is such a call, but coming from the core of one's spirit to move out of complacency, procrastination, doubt, fear, and limitations to MOVE and CONQUER for the kingdom!

White Point Cottage -- Quiet Waterfront Getaway

Welcome to White Point Cottage on the beautiful Potomac — 90 minutes from Washington, DC, but a world away. The renovated 2 bedroom, 1 bath cottage sits on nearly an acre of south-facing waterfront property, affording a sense of privacy along with sunrise and sunset views. We’ve owned in the same neighborhood in St. Mary's County since 2005 and are eager to show guests why we love it here. Downtown Oasis (Pets Welcome)

Our warmly decorated guest suite is attached to but fully separate from the main part of our home, with its own private entrance. The suite includes a spacious bedroom, large bathroom and separate living/sleeping area with a TV, mini-fridge/freezer, microwave, and Keurig. An adjacent laundry room is available for your use upon request (FOC). The small deck, patio and fully fenced yard are included for your exclusive use. Parking is available on the street right out front of our home.

Summer Perfect, Water Front A-frame on Winery

This serene cabin is on the Ingleside Vineyard's property. Have a glass or two of wine and walk around the vineyards and then retreat to your own private a-frame cabin oasis. A beautiful view of the Roxsbury Estate where abundant wildlife can be viewed all around the property and the pond is stocked and ready to be fished. Within driving distance to wineries, Stratford Hall, George Washington & James Monroe's birthplace, Westmoreland State Park, and the beach town of Colonial Beach.

Ashland Aerie

Relax in this peaceful, stylish space for one, located north of Richmond. Park in the carport and go upstairs (21 steps) to enjoy privacy, convenience, and safety - with kitchenette, small washer/dryer, smart TV, desk, and exterior cameras. Ashland, less than three miles south, has restaurants (many), grocery stores, laundromats, a movie theater, a public library, churches, a post office, and Randolph Macon College. King’s Dominion and Meadow Event Park are six miles north.

“Stay Awhile” is a spacious walk out basement apartment in our home, very clean, in a quiet neighborhood minutes from Old Town Fredericksburg, University of Mary Washington, Fredericksburg Convention Center, FredNats baseball stadium, restaurants, shopping, historical sights, battlefields & Heritage Trail along the Rappahannock River. We have a walk/run/bike trail in our neighborhood and a tandem bike you may borrow. Enjoy our 82” TV and WIFI. We are 1 hr from DC & Richmond

For bath-lovers, the 1930s cast-iron tub (known to keep hot water hot) will be calling your name, hugging you as soon as you get in. The waterfall shower, hand-held shower, and rotating faucet will accommodate every guest. The bedroom offers a cooling mattress, adjustable bed, mood lighting, TV, and extra storage.

Rock Spring Retreat LLC offers a secluded stay for writers & those who value country living. The Retreat is the perfect home base for day trips to Williamsburg, Jamestown, Yorktown, Richmond, Fredericksburg, state parks, wineries, beaches, and golf courses. This 440-sq-ft apartment has a separate ground-floor entrance, a full kitchen, washer and dryer, and a luxurious shower. Perks include satellite television, a fire pit and miles of hiking trails of varying difficulty.

We are 420-friendly where smoking is allowed outside. The rural area is perfect for quiet downtime and fun activities.
