Depending on availability we are happy to discuss early access and/or later departure times. This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Echo Beach Cottage is a beautiful, new, couples/family escape. Access two beaches ( One Mile & Samurai Beach) via a 200m walking track through Tomaree National Park and stroll down the sand dunes. The perfect place to relax, swim, surf, fish etc. Walk to Koala Sanctuary. Close to all points of interest /activities, only 5min to beautiful Birubi Beach & the popular Stockton Sand Dunes, 6min to 2 main shopping centres, Marina & more beaches. Day trip to historic Morpeth & Hunter Valley Wineries.

Use the pool and sauna, explore the gardens, collect some farm fresh eggs, feed the sheep or just chill.

Swimmers Rest is a retro, colourful beach house harking back to childhood holidays by the sea, but with modern comfortable amenities. The house has two indoor living areas, three outdoor zones, high ceilings, lots of light & has been thoughtfully & sustainably decorated. It has easy access to stunning beaches and great bushwalks. The Paterson Skywalk is a vision that took me a decade to turn into reality. I bought a bush block with a beautiful view of the Paterson Valley, with the river, the village and the bush-covered hills, and built a home.
