Turtle Beach Cottage is a newly renovated waterfront beach house with swimming pool and spectacular water views. You can see dolphins from the deck and there are koalas nearby. Three bedrooms and two extra queen sofa beds, modern kitchen and bathroom, large laundry, games room with foosball, table, Netflix and Wii gaming console. Entertainer's delight with huge deck with water views and BBQ. It's 50 metres from historic Tanilba House just metres from a beach famous for its incredible sunsets.

The Pool House

“The Pool House” is a pet friendly modern one bedroom guest house & pool for guests exclusive use at the rear of the main dwelling one street back from the waterfront at Port Stephens, Australia’s Blue Water Paradise. The waterfront reserve is a 2 min walk away, continue along the foreshore and in 10 min you can be in the hub of Lemon Tree Passage where you will find the boat launching ramp, park, tidal pool, Marina, Laundromat, Cafés/Restaurants, Post Office, Chemist, Butchers & Bottle Shop!

Main with an ultra-comfy king bed and a 65” smart TV Second bedroom with a plush Koala queen sofa bed 55” TV in the living room, mounted from the ceiling for the perfect movie night.

Price listed is for 4 guests. Unique riverside resort set on 6 acres on the Paterson River offering private boat ramp, jetty, cabana and fire pit. Ideally for water skiing, jet skis, fishing, canoeing and paddle boarding. 30 minutes to Vineyards, Beaches and State Forests. Plenty of parking available on site in designated areas. Riverfront pergola for shade next to the jetty. In the advent of unforeseen inclement weather, unfortunately a cancellation may occur due to local flooding.

Listen for koalas grumbling at night and awaken to a chorus of bird calls. Walk the waterfront path thru the koala reserve to Poyers restaurant. Watch for dolphins taking a breath. Ideal for kayaking. There’s Tanilba Golf Course just down the road. Flathead fishing is best just before hightide, right out in front. Please clean fish in sink by boatshed
