Heart of the Falls! Cozy for 2, Spacious for 8

Just one block outside of the official Historic District, this Craftsman style home retains much of the character unique to Cuyahoga Falls. Although updated with modern plumbing, electric, and even central A/C, the house was built in 1910 so please don’t compare her to new construction, there are plenty of old house quirks. Our 5 star ratings are because we give exactly what we promise, not a 5 star hotel but a clean, comfortable “home away from home” when visiting this exceptional area of Ohio.

The Garden Apartment (PSTR Permit #2025-20) is a quiet and relaxing home away from home to enjoy after exploring the Cuyahoga Valley National Park. The Garden Apartment features a large bedroom with queen-sized bed, a den with a large sandstone wood-burning fireplace, full kitchen and bathroom with a shower. You'll surely fall in love with this cozy rental! There is a sandstone patio, which offers a shaded sitting area and grill for outdoor cooking, plus a fire ring for evening bonfires.

Situated on 80 acres of farm land, this large home is an ideal setting to relax and connect with family and friends! Built in 1904, the house has been restored to much of its original beauty. Aptly named, the setting provides views of picturesque rolling hills and spectacular sunsets. Recently, an outdoor pickleball court was built. Located approx. 20 minutes from Canton and from Amish country. It is adjacent to Peacock Ridge, a barn wedding site and near to the Sippo Valley trail.

This house has appx. 700 sq. ft. and is very cozy for a night stay, a week stay or more. It has been updated with new flooring, paint, lighting, appliances and new bathroom. Beautiful house just minutes from Pro Football Hall of Fame. Very convenient location, walk to restaurants and very short drives to anywhere in Canton. Decorated with football in mind, it is spotlessly clean and very comfortable. There are three televisions and wifi to stream your favorite shows. Kitchen is smaller but does have stove and refrigerator. Experience vintage construction at its finest.
