Wooded, half-acre lot, both front and back. Ocean waves may, at times, be heard from the back deck. Tributaries to the intracoastal waterway can be seen from a .1m walk, and a marina is a quick jog or dog walk (1 mile) away.

Easy 10-minute walk or very short bike ride to the beach, bars, restaurants, coffee, shopping, and ice cream!
