The sweeping coastal view from our town centre apartment is the same one described by Virginia Woolf in her novel To the Lighthouse, inspired by summers in St Ives: 'as far as the eye could see, fading in soft low pleats, the green sand dunes, running away into some moon country'. Quietly tucked away, the apartment is ideally situated for summer and winter breaks, and remote working. The harbour is a two minute stroll, Porthmeor and Porthminster beaches a short walk. Sorry no pets. No smoking.

3a Sea View Place is a cosy, well equipped apartment nestled into the rocks just above Bamaluz Beach. It boasts the most spectacular of sea views which can be enjoyed from the comfort of your own balcony making your holiday in St Ives truly unforgettable. This idyllic apartment is ideally situated to explore all that St Ives has to offer. Porthmeor and Porthgwidden beaches, and the picturesque Harbour, with its array of bars, restaurants, shops and galleries are all just a stroll away.

Premier One

Situated on the first floor, but with only eight granite steps to the apartment entrance. The living room and small balcony enjoy uninterrupted sea views of the harbour and bay. There are two bedrooms, each with a 4ft. 6in. divan bed. Both bedrooms have a TV and built-in wardrobes; heating is by electric panel radiators. The comfortable living-room has fitted kitchen area that includes a fridge/freezer and washer/drier, a large window seat to watch the world go by completes this apartment.

CORNER COTTAGE *WITH A GUARANTEED PARKING SPACE* - is a Grade II listed fisherman's cottage which has been tastefully renovated to provide a warm and welcoming home for your stay in the heart of Downalong St Ives. The house is accessed by granite steps which lead to the front door where you can catch a glimpse of the sea. Included with a reservation at Corner Cottage is a guaranteed parking space. Although not on site, it is only a 5 minute walk away at Porthgwidden beach car park.

Seabirds Cottage is a lovely one-bedroom hideaway located by the back of the Tate gallery, just a couple of minutes' walk from glorious Porthmeor beach, the harbour and St Ives' wide array of boutique shops and restaurants. The cottage is cosy, bright and cheerful, and being hidden away in a secluded location, it is unusually quiet for central St Ives. It has its own private entrance and a small outdoor area with attractive planting to enjoy a morning coffee or evening sundowner.

Located in St Brigids/St Bridgets. No more than two well behaved dogs welcomed. Park directly outside to unload, car park 5 min walk. Situated on the quieter side of the harbour with superb uninterrupted views through the three windows to the harbour, pier and bay. Full gas central heating for cosy nights in. Easy walk to all five of St Ives' beaches, galleries, shops, restaurants and pubs and take aways. Travel cot, high chair and stair gate provided. A few steps to the beach.

You are less than a 5 minute walk to the beaches, restaurants and bars whilst keeping out of the main hustle and bustle of St ives.

The large living room opens onto a balcony which catches the afternoon sun and is a great place for an early evening drink or for watching the ever changing Atlantic ocean with a coffee. The apartment is a comfortable stroll from the harbour with its array of restaurants, cafes, shops and galleries.

Our modern apartment is ideally located in the town centre, close to restaurants and dining, the beach, and family-friendly activities. It is set back a street from the hustle and bustle of town yet just a stone's throw away from the action! The apartment has a lovely little outdoor space for alfresco dining. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids). The property is self check in.
