Das Naturschutzgebiet am Capo Zafferano lädt zu Küstenwanderungen ein, die lebendige Altstadt von Palermo, reich an Kultur, Märkten und Kulinarik, ist schnell erreichbar (20-30 Minuten mit Zug oder Auto), ebenso die malerische Altstadt von Cefalù (45-60 Minuten).

Casa Villea is a newly renovated apartment on the first floor of our house. As its access goes through an outside staircase leading directly to your terrace, you will have complete privacy during your stay. Situated halfway between Palermo and Cefalu Inside you will find a bedroom with a queen-size bed, a large living room with a sofa bed for two (a sliding wall allows to privatize the night area), a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a 30m2 terrace with a sea view.

A breathtaking terrace on the bay of Sant'Elia with a romantic view of Capo Zafferano, the Kafara beach and its crystal clear sea. The vibrant city of Palermo is only one bay further (30 min driving). Casa Trionfante is a panoramic apartment in Mediterranean style located on the first floor of a villa in a privileged position on the sea: on foot you can reach not only the beach but also the beautiful Caletta di Sant'Elia and several restaurants.

Very pretty, recently renovated Liberty-style building in which one can admire 20th century majolica tiles. This is one of the three flats in the building, located on the first floor. The building is in the historical centre of Porticello, a seaside village a few kilometres from Palermo, Monreale and Cefalù. A few metres away are the beaches of Olivella, the Bay of S.Nicolicchia and Sant'Elia where you can enjoy a good aperitif.

La Veranda sul mare è una villa per vacanze composta da 3 camera da letto matrimoniali, una camera singola, ampia cucina, due bagni, soggiorno e una spettacolare veranda sul mare. In un open space si trova una cucina ben organizzata con forno microonde e penisola,un letto matrimoniale con armadio; due poltrone con TV(antenna Satellitare). Il bagno è comodo ed è dotato di doccia e phon. Il loft ha un piccolo balcone con due sedie e tavolo,allarme e linea WIFI.
