Comfortable & cosy beach cottage just 7min walking from a beautiful and never crowded sandy beach with calm&clear waters. Just 2min drive from the kitesurfing paradise Porto Pollo. Palau, shops & restaurants are only 10min drive. Enjoy the stunning seaview from the house. In the evenings, the bedroom turns into a cinema room, with projector Netflix& Amazon prime subscription. You can relax in the private spacious garden & outside patio, with everything you need to enjoy the perfect vacation.

Cozy apartment located really close to the beach (20 metres far away). Two levels: upper level is an attic open space, lower level has bathroom, kitchen, living area and balcony. 6 beds (1 queen size and 2 single beds @ upper level / 1 double sofa bed @ lower level). TV with DVD player, washing machine, microwave, kitchenette. Nice view on the Maddalena's Archipelago, 5 minutes walk from the town and from other beaches, shops, restaurants, kids area and the harbour (get a ferry to Maddalena).

Also walkable is a stylish beach club and speed boat rental ( LO SQUALO BIANCO). You are only a 15 min boat ride from the amazing archipelago of LA Maddalena. There are many grocery shops and restaurants and stunning beaches within 10-20 min drive. We have upgraded our internet to Elon Musks Starlink which is very fast.

La casa si trova vicino a Palau (4 km) Porto Rafael (2 km), Isola dei Gabbiani e Porto Pollo (4 km) regno dei windsurf e dei kitesurf. Costa Serena è immersa nel verde ed è perfetta sia per le famiglie con bambini che per le coppie alla ricerca di relax o attività sportive. Ideale anche per la vita notturna. Ti piacerà per questi motivi: la posizione unica a pochi passi dal mare, gli spazi esterni e l'atmosfera. L'Arcipelago della Maddalena è uno dei luoghi più belli al mondo.
