Σας καλωσορίζουμε στη νεόκτιστη οικία μας όπου νοικιάζουμε ξεχωριστό lux ημι υπόγειο διαμέρισμα 60τ.μ. Βρίσκεται σε ήσυχη γειτονιά, διαθέτει κήπο, πισίνα στον κοινόχρηστο χώρο. Η είσοδος στο χώρο του διαμερίσματος είναι ιδιωτική για τους καλεσμένους. Το σπίτι απέχει 3' με το αμάξι από την παραλία και 6' απο το κέντρο. Located in a very quiet area of Artemida (Athens suburb) 1,8 km from the center of the town, 15 minutes drive from the airport and 20 minutes from Rafina port.
