Town centre shops, restaurants, bars and museum are nearby and the beach, ferry terminal and tourist office are a few minutes' walk away. Because of its town centre location the apartment windows are double-glazed. However, traffic noise during the day and revelry noise at weekends is to be expected, until the pubs close at about 1am.
