A romantic escape in the middle of rural Hambledon, only a stones throw from some fantastic gastro pubs and villages. The Studio is a loft bedroom which looks out onto the paddocks and awake to the cacophony of birds at sunrise. The ground floor is airy and cosy all in one. The rear door opens into your own private patio with direct access to our field. Feel free to walk your dog with ours and allow them to socialise in a securely fenced field. Fast broadband provided albeit R&R should be key

Sleeps 4- 6 with 2 double bedrooms one with ensuite. Family bathroom. A small sofa bed in open plan living with another single pull out z bed.kitchen is fully equipped. A lift to the 2nd floor Wifi, Alexa sound system and interactive tv with Netflix. Stunning views from all rooms overlooking forton lake & Portsdown hill. Bars, cafes, restaurants & gym all on the doorstep and just a 15 min walk or 4 min cab trip to gosport ferry to access Gunwharf and old Portsmouth. 10 min walk to town centre.

The location is in the heart of Southsea and all it has to offer including being on the doorstep of Victorious Festival every August and The Great South Run every October.
