A great place to feel part of the yachting life of Cowes, to have walking-distance access to Cowes-based organisations including UKSA and the Ellen MacArthur Foundation or as a base to explore the beautiful Isle of Wight.

The location is in the heart of Southsea and all it has to offer including being on the doorstep of Victorious Festival every August and The Great South Run every October. The garden is a perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or a glass of wine while catching a few sun rays in the afternoon!

Seals have also been seen bobbing up and down just outside the house !

Juliet House

Juliet House is in the perfect location to explore Lymington and the New Forest. Just a few minutes walk from both the town centre and the train station but tucked away in a quiet street. The house has a lovely bright sitting room with a Juliet window with balcony doors. There are two bedrooms, one with a double size bed and ensuite and the other with a single bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a microwave, oven, grill, fridge, freezer and a dishwasher.
