Coeur d Alene Lake Waterfront Home

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. Incredible close-in location on Lake Coeur d Alene with exceptional view. End of road location for added privacy. Take the kayaks to downtown or Tubbs Hill. Only a 5-minute Uber to all the best restaurants and shopping. Bring your own boat for your private dock and sandy beach front, logged off swimming area. Access to a large waterfront wharf (extremely rare). Perfect for a women's retreat. Able to see the start of Iron Man from this location.

The Roost at Hayden Lake

Escape to Hayden Lake. Our waterfront guesthouse is well-equipped for a relaxing stay in beautiful North Idaho. You'll find a modern rustic space with a fully stocked kitchen, cozy fireplace, serene surroundings, and an inspiring view of the lake. During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. Availability opens exactly three months before the date, so please check back if you're looking to book more than three months out.

Enjoy the sounds of nature, views of beautiful Fernan Lake, wildlife (eagles, osprey, deer, elk, our wild yard bunnies etc.) and the feeling of being in the middle of nowhere but only 1.5 miles from I-90. Access to 300 ft. of shoreline (fishing, paddleboarding, kayaking), 5 min drive to downtown CDA, the CDA golf course, the Centennial Trail and 10 min to great running/hiking trails. Only a 40 min drive from Spokane Airport. Brand new fully outfitted Airstream with water and power hooked up.

Serene Lakeside Retreat

Medical Lake is a serene, non-motorized lake perfect for a relaxing or kayaking, paddle boarding and swimming. It's close proximity to Spokane makes it an ideal place to kick back and relax a bit, or hit the town for a show or night out. The revitalized downtown here offers a coffee shop that roasts their own coffee as well as shopping and restaurants to explore. Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Pristine waterfront cabin. Best view of the lake. Deep enough to swim, paddle board, fish. 50ft of private beach w/use of 175 ft total beach. Paddleboards available during summer. Come enjoy our 1 acre of paradise w/us. Access to hiking & biking trails. Best fishing holes right in front of the cabin. Your own private parking. Bedroom loft accessible by cute spiral stair case. Our property sweeps down to the waters edge as Lake Coeur d'Alene enters the Spokane River, housing some of the most beautiful homes in the region. Soak up the rays, swim or dine in our private waterfront area. When not in use by owners, use the gazebo to enjoy sunsets , eat under the stars at your outside table . The apartment overlooks the water features and formal gardens, walkway leads to waters edge with a deck on the water . Due to increased sanitizing our cleaning fee is $185
