Charmed with the area we decided to build an unusual apartment in a vacant roof space. The ‘Soft Loft’ was created at the back of the most popular and energetic Nowy Swiat Street in the only building in the city with its own tower. It attracts attention with its simplicity, originally preserved bricks, textured plaster work and exposed timber.

W bloku czynny sklep, w którym można zaopatrzyć się w produkty pierwszej potrzeby, zjeść coś na ciepło, kupić kawę.

Niezależne mieszkanie tylko dla 1 osoby, bez dzieci. Mieszkanie z lat 60-tych na warszawskiej Pradze blisko ronda Wiatraczna. Dobry dojazd tramwajem do Centrum - około 20 minut i Stadionu Narodowego - 10 minut. 3 piętro bez windy! Internet światłowód. Nie wystawiam faktury. Całkowity zakaz palenia.
