Panorama Wide Sea View

The 26th floor is the top one with direct, panoramic views of the sea. The building is located directly by the sea, 20 meters from the beach. Near the house there is the largest mall, as well as many restaurants, cafes, a water park and children's attractions.  Two-storey apartment with an area of 100 sq.m. with two bedrooms, two bathrooms and a dressing room. Heated floors throughout the entire area and air conditioning in each room separately.  The renovation was completed in June 2024.

Romantic Apartment - 2 min from the sea - floor 44

Take on early morning stroll and enjoy the breeze on the empty Black Sea beach. You will just need two minutes from your place to Batumi boulevard. Check the sea from the balcony, you might want to get into your swimsuit. When you get back enjoy cup of coffee on a 44th floor balcony. The apartment is located in the very heart of Batumi, surrounded with wide variety of restaurants, shops, supermarkets and nightclubs. All necessary amenities are provided and host will assist you if you need.
