Beach Apartment in Stara Novalja

Residence Jakov offer quality accommodation; you do not have to get out of the yard to access to beach and it is really great accomodation and an exclusive position in Stara Novalja. This appartment is best option for family who like to spend their time outside because it has big beautiful private yard with grill, sink, deck chairs and furniture for dining with chairs and bench. The beach is literally few stairs from the yard. Every guest said it is really priceless and we agree (see photos)! :)

Beautiful modern and fully equipped apartment by the sea in private house with 2 rooms, 2 bathrooms, kitchen, living room and big terrace overlooking the sea and the beach in Barbat. Free air-condition and WiFi. The beach is just 50 meters away. There are 4 apartments in our house. Nice walkway 8 km by the sea. Plenty of good restaurants and bars around&2 supermarkets. Location: Barbat, Rab, near the beach Hosted by lovely mum&granny! Local hosts with 30 years years experience in tourism.

Villa Franci moderano je uređeni dom te je otvoren tijekom cijele godine tako da je ovo zasigurno idealno mjesto kako za obitelji sa djecom ili za parove, tako i za solo avanturiste ili poslovne putnike, a i vaši krzneni prijatelji (kućne ljubimce) su više nego dobrodošli. Posebno smo ponosni što smo dio grupacija Bike magic Zadarske regije tako da smo biciklističkim putnicima namjernicima osigurali Bike room, osnovni alat, mogućnost pranja bicikli, pranje i sušenje biciklističke odjeće.

My place is close to restaurants, great views, and the beach.The paradise house is good for couples, solo adventurers, families, and furry friends (pets). In our neighbourhood are market place, kran for boat, also we offer a space for your boat. In our lovely garden you can find a barbecue and enjoy to cook. This apartment is with balcony and sea view, kitchen and living room. It has a small private terase with sitting erea and gas grill. Pet is 7€ per day.

Perched on steep rocks, 30m above the sea level, this idyllic studio is a perfect getaway for a much needed vacation. Surrounded by a vegetation reserve of Dubrava-Hanzine, it offers a luxurious experience - the sweeping views of the Pag Bay and the mountain range of Velebit, for one. Beach Rozin Bok 50m from the apartment. Parking, A/C, outside grill, and outside solar shower included. SUP and kayak are available during the stay in the apartment.

Comfy apartment with big garden

Our house is located in a peaceful green area. The apartment (for max five people) is on the ground floor, fully equipped and is great for families with kids or babies. You can also enjoy in a big yard. Walking distance to the nearest sandy beach is 3 - 4 min., port with promenade 8 min.; Ciganka, Sturič, Podšilo beach 20 min. The supermarket and post are 3 min by foot. With all the accessories we want to give our guests a perfect welcome.

Das Apartment Calimera ist sehr modern und stilvoll eingerichtet. Es liegt im 3. Stock, dadurch ist der Blick auf das Meer garantiert ob in der Früh beim Frühstück oder Abends wenn die Stadt Novalja erleuchtet. Das Apartment ist 10 Gehminuten vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. The apartment has two bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and terrace overlooking the sea. In the yard there is a fireplace, a table with chairs for enjoying the summer evenings. Apartment is 200 m from the sea and the beach, 800 m from the main town beach, and 1000 m from the center. In the immediate vicinity there is a grocery store and restaurants.
