The Farm4 A Unit - Near Clarkson, SLU & SUNYs

At our clean and comfortable Farm4 unit, you will find yourself close to the colleges and downtown activities, while staying in a country setting on five acres of land, beautiful views, dark, star-lit nights, all on a quiet, safe country road. You will enjoy a completely private unit with a kitchenette and 65" large screen TV. You will find yourself surrounded by wooded land, wildlife including turkey, deer, birds, foxes, raccoons, and sometimes turtles and more. And <2 miles to Clarkson!

Apt #2

Welcome to Apt. 2! A block away from the Pine Street Arena, and Sandstone Park/beach. Walking distance to downtown Potsdam, ClarksonUniversity, and SUNY Potsdam; about a 15 minute drive to Saint Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. It has a double bed, a twin-sized bunk bed, the living room has a couch and a twin-sized air mattress. Access to the yard, fire pit, picnic table, hammock, grill, basketball hoop, and dog run. Private entrance. Pet and 420 friendly, smoking allowed outside.

The Rock House up in the trees!

Retreat & social distance in the tree tops in our 8x10 ft “Rock House”. Song Birds will sing to you. Private outdoor bath tub near grilling/fire pit. A screened pavilion with picnic table and outdoor kitchen was added in 2021. Finnish steam sauna w shower was completed in fall 2019. Nice outhouse! Self Check in May - Oct. 160 private acres with 4 miles of trails on our 3/4 mi stretch of the wild and scenic St Regis River in the Adirondack Park. Pets are ok. We Welcome Diversity.

Sleep at the Stables- A Country Retreat

Enjoy our country getaway on 130 acres, just minutes from Clarkson University, SUNY Potsdam, St. Lawrence University and SUNY Canton. Explore our horse barn, hiking trails, stream, or relax by the pond. We are located close to great snowmobiling and skiing trails also! The studio apartment is located above a newly constructed garage, that is not attached to our house so you have plenty of privacy. It is an open layout with a queen bed, a daybed, and a twin trundle that can be pulled out.

Amber Valley Farmhouse at Indian Creek

This turn-of-the-century vintage style farmhouse offers plenty of space, privacy and country scenery, providing a rustic, lived in feel for an authentic rural experience. The house is centrally located for easy travel to Canton, Potsdam and the Canadian border. Perfect for families visiting students at local colleges. Visit the state parks and beaches that dot the Saint Lawrence Seaway and Lake Ontario or take a day trip to the Adirondack Park. Peaceful, quiet and ideal for nature lovers.

The Owl's Nest- close to SLU

Welcome to our peaceful and centrally-located home. Our rental is a 5-minute walk to SLU's campus. Located on a quiet street with plenty of parking. This rental is hosted by Kelley and friend Laura. We are happy to share our favorite restaurants and places to visit in our beautiful town. Let us know if you need anything at all! All renters are welcome to visit the famous, HOOT OWL for a complimentary drink on us! Arrival and departure times are flexible if available.

Waterfront property on Arbuckle Pond with views of water from all windows and access to the private pond and Higley Flow. This cottage nestled in the (practically black fly free) woods will delight your family and friends. Swimming, kayaking, SUP-ing, nordic skiing, snowmobiling, and hiking. Kayak and swim right from the cottage or walk across the road to the dock on Higley. You will delight in the beauty inside and outside of this beautiful space.

Beth's Place III-Downtown Potsdam-You'll Love It!

Beth's Place III is a spacious two-bedroom apartment in the heart of Potsdam village. It offers easy access to restaurants and shopping. This beautifully appointed apartment has tall ceilings, a large and well-appointed eat-in kitchen with everything you need to prepare meals, and a spacious living room with comfortable seating for relaxing or watching TV. It also has a private entrance, two off-street parking spots, and laundry in the basement.

Beautiful Scenic Riverfront Home

This is a beautifully renovated house. River access for kayaking, canoeing, swimming. kayaks and life jackets are available for guests. There is a large back yard with a firepit facing the water as well as a back porch/deck and a large side/front deck to enjoy watching the water and wildlife. The area is quiet and peaceful but yet directly located in the town of Potsdam. There are window AC units in each bedroom as well as central heat.

Lazy River Cottage

This well loved family-friendly river cottage is ready for you. The river is just steps from the house with breath taking views and sunsets to remember. Great fishing from the waterfront and dock. Enjoy a fire in the fire pit near the shore. The water is wonderful for those swimmers in your family. There are paddle boats and kayaks in season. Conveniently located close to St. Lawrence University and Clarkson.

Raquette River Retreat- Potsdam NY

Welcome to Potsdam, NY. There is a $50 fee per each dog. No cats allowed (one of us has a severe cat allergy). Our home is on the Racquette River and within a short drive to: St Lawrence University - 18 Minutes Clarkson University - 11 Minutes SUNY Potsdam - 9 Minutes SUNY Canton - 24 minutes Tupper Lake - 45 minutes Saranac Lake - 1 hour 20 minutes Lake Placid - 1 hour 40 minutes
