We are located 10 minutes from Black Moshannon State Park, and only 25 minutes from Penn State Beaver Stadium. Guests are provided with breakfast items for the duration of their stay.

Come stay in the woods in a charming studio apartment with a spacious farm view off the porch while you sip on your morning cup of coffee. Ann will be your host should you need anything or have any questions. With easy access off of I80, you'll be just a short drive (about 13 mins) from Black Moshannon State Park and about a 40 minute drive to Penn State. Lots of great nature related places to visit such as Sinnemahoning State Park, Bald Eagle State Park, Bennezette (elk sightings), and others.

The cabin is located only 20 miles from Penn State University, making it the ideal place to stay while attending events at University Park. Nestled between Bald Eagle State Park and Black Moshannon State Park, this is the perfect getaway for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse themselves in the natural beauty of the great outdoors. Firewood (for the firepit) is included.

Cottage in Warriors Mark

Our Cottage was originally the Barber shop here in Warriors Mark. It was eventually converted into an efficiency apartment. I completely renovated the Cottage over the summer of 2024. The space is very comfortable and inviting with everything you need to make your stay enjoyable. The space is perfect for a couple. The loveseat easily converts to a full size bed 51x72 inches. It is comfortable for one adult or 2 children. Close to fishing: Little Juniata, Spruce Creek, Raystown Lake.

Penn State's Beaver Stadium only 35 minutes away! Moshannon State Forest is close by with hiking, hunting and trout steams as well as Elk viewing and also the Quehannh Boot Camp are within 6 miles. Both Black Moshannon State Park and Bald Eagle State Park are a short 20 min. drive. We are also fairly close to Benezette, pa and Cherry Springs State Park (Coudersport, pa). Come on an adventure or just relax, this is the perfect place for it!

You will have exclusive use of the campsite, our Tipi hideaway is perfect for anyone who loves being outdoors, sleeping under the stars, without sacrificing the comforts of home. When you come up our lane, stop at our house and we will take you to the site. You can drive to it. Please read and understand all our rules before you visit.

This newly renovated cabin is surrounded by game lands along Windslow Hill. We are located right in Benezette off of route 555. We are in close proximity to the visitor center and the elk viewing areas. There are many hiking trails, hunting, fishing, and kayaking/canoeing areas. Comfortably sleeps 5. We have recently added WIFI and an outdoor hot tub. We also offer a private food plot out the back door of the cabin.
