Grandads House - 200 Year Old Cottage

Recently refurbished 200 year old cottage. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 bath property. Is also has a double sofa bed so has the potential to sleep 6 people. It is a 20-minute drive to Kilkenny City which has endless restaurants and tourist attractions. It is situated 1 mile outside the small village of Mullinahone in Co. Tipperary. The property is a 1 hour 45-minute drive from Shannon Airport and Dublin Airport, 15 minutes from Slievenamon mountain hike and 30 minutes away from the Rock of Cashel.

Nestled within the Slievenamon mountains, this cosy countryside apartment offers the perfect escape with your own private hot tub (available for €30 per night- payable on arrival. Please provide 24 hours’ notice if you would like to use) fire pit, or spend the evening in our cave bar. The apartment follows a traditional layout featuring an open plan living space with a fully equipped kitchen, cosy sitting area, and bedroom with a double bed. Charming 15th Century Castle

Built in the late 1400s, Grantstown Castle has been lovingly restored and mixes medieval architecture with modern comforts. The Castle Is Rented In Its Entirety and caters for up to Six Guests. The castle is comprised of six floors, connected via a stone and oak spiral staircase. There are three double bedrooms. The castle has great battlements which are accessible at the top of the staircase and host amazing views of the surrounding countryside.
