The Writer's House

This spacious and bright art nouveau apartment is located in the heart of the picturesque town of Póvoa de Varzim. António dos Santos Graça, a famous writer, ethnologist and senator of the city of Porto, once lived in this apartment. The interior is a colourful mixture of local findings and Nordic design and is constantly being added to and redesigned. Fisherman House 30 steps from sea

This tiny house, was a fisherman typical warehouse and is located in the last fisherman neighborhood, and still today resist to empire state dealers! It's turned back to the sea, but still close to it, so close that in strong winter sea comes to the door :). Approximately 50 meters from the beach, You'll find yourself in the middle of fisherman boats traffic and right in the center of the first hand fish sale. And sea lovers of course :)

Exceptional location! Magnificent view of the beach, just in front of the private balcony in 2º floor, lots of sun and natural light in all the apartment. A beautiful green park at the other side of the street whith an amazing pedestrian and ciclo via along the Cávado river. The cozy apartment you can see in the photos...is realy nice and super comfortable for 2 persons. Really safe neighborhood all around.
