"Cozy Cuddles" is in high demand as it is minutes walking distance to the parkway. Nestled away in a private community. In the beautiful valley of Pigeon Forge. Minutes away from Museums, Dinner Shows, Dollywood, and shopping. Upon entrance of home you will be greeted by the “Welcome to the Country” sign. It has a clean country farmhouse feel, with vintage lighting and farmhouse decor. Carpeted for the cold season and for the summer it has a pool located right out front. :) and a grill for BBQ!

Incredible location 1/2 mi from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. Lovely home for everyone to enjoy along with a paved walking trail by the Pigeon River! Dollywood, shopping, restaurants, and lots of attractions are nearby. Open living, kitchen, and dining area make it great for gatherings with seating for everyone. TVs in every room. The game room has air hockey, foosball, and arcade cabinets. The back deck has a hot tub to enjoy after a day of adventuring. Locally and family owned and operated.
