Farmstay pets and one Nights

Farmstay on a 14 acre farm Queen bed loft upstairs. Down stairs has a bathroom, kitchen with sink, stove, oven, microwave, and complimentary kitchen-cups . There is a twin sleeper sofa in living room. Front and back porch, wireless internet and RukuTv. 14 acre farm with walking trails, old mill and creek. Cleaning fee $50 and Pet fee $25 day. No aggressive breeds please. All monies go toward our Horse sanctuary 501c nonprofit. Special rates do not apply from Dec 12-Jan 1st or holiday weekends

Close to sporting events such as River City Sportsplex (6 miles), Horner Park (2.3 miles), and wedding venues like Amber Grove (1/2 mile) and Magnolia Green Golf Club (5 miles). Convenient to RT 288 and 76. You can be downtown Richmond or Short Pump in 15 minutes. Grandma's house has all the comforts of home steeped in nostalgia.

You're more than welcome to access the swimming pool in the spring and summer time it will be closed in fall and winter. I have goats and chickens that you can walk up and pet. Along the woods are blackberries that bloom from june to July your more then welcome to pick them. I have dogs that stay in a fenced area will bring in for your privacy.

1850 Mill / Spider Museun

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. Originally built in 1850 as a grist mill it was converted into a spider museum in 1974. In the early 90s it was then converted to a home and in the late 90s an addition was added, which is now the master bedroom. The property sits on 7 acres that runs along a creek. There is a walking trail that goes around most of the property.
