La suite dell’avvocato è una camera elegante e tranquilla situata in un prestigioso palazzo storico napoletano a pochi passi dal mare e dal caratteristico porticciolo di Mergellina. Rinomati ristoranti, pizzerie, pasticcerie e bar sono nelle immediate vicinanze. La suite è situata al centro di Napoli ed in posizione strategica per i servizi di trasporto pubblico. Stazionamento taxi, funicolare Mergellina e fermata autobus distano 1 minuto a piedi. Metropolitana Linea 2 dista 10 minuti a piedi.

The apartment, just a 3-min walk from Amedeo Square (Metro L2, Funicular, Taxi Station), can host up to 5 guests and provides all the comforts for a relaxing stay in the heart of the elegant Chiaia district. The main spaces are: two cozy bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, a spacious sitting room with a sofa bed, and a bright dining area with a handcrafted kitchenette. The interiors feature Liberty-style wood doors and frames from 1909, harmoniously balancing rustic elegance with modern amenities.

Sea View Suite with Private Hot Tub & Terrace

This is a large suite with two terraces, an incredible bathroom with a large jacuzzi, an outdoor shower and dining area all inspired by my time in England and the former tropical colonies. The location is central and the view from the terrace is fantastic. Everything is brand new from the AC to the TV and the bed. Some furniture is antique from the 1800s. This suite is part of a small three-suite venue with the kitchen shared when you enter. We don’t have an elevator, you will need to walk up.

“La casetta” superpanoramica si trova in un bellissimo antico convento di fine 500, all’interno di un piccolo e nascosto giardino con il pozzo storico che nel XVI secolo era utilizzato per innaffiare i vigneti a valle del villaggio vomero. Un’oasi di relax con balcone superpanoramico da cui si vede tutto il golfo e di fronte la famosissima isola di Capri _________________ This oasis has a super-panoramic balcony from which you can admire the whole gulf of Naples and a famous island of Capri!

Templars'f was the name of the sailing boat that my father had when I was a child and it was my inspiration to create a nautical style apartment that would allow you to experience the sensations of calm and serenity that you have when sailing . The beauty of our panorama with the colors of the sky that change depending on the time will make your stay truly special! It is an oasis of peace!

L'appartamento è a due passi dal mare, dalla spiaggia della chiaiolella, dove si può godere del sole dall'alba al tramonto!Nei dintorni sono presenti tutti i principali servizi dal ristorante al supermercato passando per tanti altri negozietti . La casa è inoltre collegata molto bene con tutte le altre zone dell'isola. Il mio alloggio è adatto a coppie, avventurieri solitari, chi viaggia per lavoro, famiglie (con bambini) e amici pelosi (animali domestici).

From our apartment you can walk to the historical centre, to ' Quartieri Spagnoli' or to the seafront in a few minutes! You can also do shopping in the best fashionable boutiques or have lunch and dinner in the most famous restaurants and pizzerias!
