Sleeping arrangements are one bedroom 180cm bed and couch in living room, can be transformed to 140cm bed for 2. Terrace is a part of the apartment, which you can directly access from bedroom or living room. You can enjoy BBQ dinners at a table outside or morning stretch/training on the wooden terrace part. You can use terrace entrance to escape to the forest 100 meters away.
