The apartment is clean and prepared for any travelers’ needs. Everything is in walking distance from the apartment and metro station Anděl is only 3 mins away by foot! There are many restaurants, cafes, bars and shops around. If you come by car, ask me about availability of parking  in garages - 15€/day. And yes, we have fast Wi-Fi internet

We provide a small boat with electric engine (no license necessary), free parking spot in a private area, just few steps of the houseboat. For those of you, who like the touch of the nature, you can feed swans from the terrace and observe other species in their natural habitat. The view from a terrace is partly industrial, but at the night time full of calm magic.

MINIMÁLNÍ počet nocí k pronájmu je 5. Klidná ulice s výhledem do zahrady. Do centra cca 10 min 2 stanice tramvají do stanice metra B, C. B: Palmovka, C: Nádraží Holešovice. V ulici jsou 3 hospody, vaří domácí stravu v ceně cca 95 CZK, 5 min pěšky je nákupní centrum DM, Albert a Billa.
