Dispõe ainda de BBQ com espaço para refeições e ainda terraço lateral de utilização privada, onde existe uma casa de banho exterior. A lotação normal do apartamento é de 4 pessoas. No entanto, a pedido e em casos excepcionais, (casais com mais um filho, etc.) poderá ser fornecida cama extra, com custo adicional. No entanto, com 5 pessoas, a qualidade do alojamento fica diminuída.
