Located on top of the cliffs that frame and protect one of Europe's most iconic beaches, Dona Ana Beach, the apartment features a unique full front ocean, beach and pool view, that can be enjoyed from the patio, and the living room. It has been the venue for many happy family gatherings over the last 20 years, and in 2023 it was remodeled to a very high standard using top tier materials, appliances and furniture in order to provide superior comfort all year round. Fresh apartment with fully equipped kitchen, 80m2. Two bathrooms with showers. Lovely terrace facing south, 20m2, with marquis. A 6 min walk to the beach and 400m to the first tee of Alto Golf. A comfortable bed incl a wall bed in the lounge with a 21cm thick mattress. A De Longhi espresso machine in the kitchen. Fiber is installed, speed is 500/100 mbit/s. Maximum number of guests are three (3). I can only take one infant/toddler up to the age of 3 years due to there is only one travel cot.

It has all the amenities needed for a great stay, including nearby supermarkets & 3 pools. We use this house for our family holidays, so it is well kept & equipped. We are in a peaceful area with plenty to do nearby. Close by you will find restaurants, bars and nightclubs, child activities, golf, tennis and water sports.

It is a duplex for max 6 guests and the ideal place for a happy family holiday or a relaxed get together with friends. A simple walk inside the resort gets you to attractive sea views and breathtaking beaches. Close by, you have many things to visit, discover, enjoy the freshness of the Atlantic, nature, good weather and good food.
