A private dock is available for you to pull your own boat up to. Public launch is located less than a mile away. Winter months offer a quiet tranquil retreat.

River access to fish and kayak. 6 miles to Ocqueoc Falls. 2 miles to Lake Huron. 5 close boat launches. Many lighthouses. Direct access to N. MI trail system for hiking/4 wheeling. Bon fire pit in back yard. No Smoking!

Latitudes Tavern Apartment

A premium spot in downtown Alpena. The center of downtown is two blocks down the road at 2nd Avenue and Chisholm St. We are located in a premium spot to find dinner, entertainment, shopping and most importantly nightlife. The space is located above a bar. So...it can be a little noisy for some. But if you are ok with some noise or don't normally turn in until later in the evening, we are for you. Great location for golfing, hunting, swimming, boating, fishing, ORV Trails, and a getaway from it all...Bring your ATVs, fishing poles, floaties, boats, kayaks, jetski, and the family. Oh and don't forget your pets they can come too! Great for the Summer & Fall seasons!!
