This beautiful 2 bedroom beach house with balcony, open hearth fire and stunning outlook is tucked away in a secluded courtyard near the High Street, a few steps from shops, restaurants, pubs and the railway station. It is also just a short walk from the leisure pool, golf courses & harbours. Dunbar is only 20 minutes from Edinburgh by train.

Tucked behind new housing but your back garden is private. We are close to beautiful beaches and golf courses. Fresh milk, butter, cereals, coffee and something to toast are provided. Ideal for exploring the Lothians /Northumbria, or to just chill. Farm track road so please note the lower end of the road is prone to potholes in sections.

The Puffin Burrow is a lovely self-contained apartment on the ground floor of this magnificent Georgian House. It has 2 double bedrooms, one of which is a twin and the other set up as king size but can be made into another twin on request. My apartment is at the west end of the High Street of North Berwick. It is a spacious first and second floor property with the ground floor being The Herringbone, a restaurant/bar . All the shops,bars and restaurants are seconds away. The train station and the North Berwick West Links Golf Club are both a 5 minute walk away and you can be on the beach in less than a minute!. You’ll love my place because of the location if you want everything nearby. EPC-E
