The house is mediterranean style building made of stone.The apartment is situated only 5 m away from the sea in the heart of the idyllic old place named Ljuta, that is just 7 km away from Kotor. There is no sofa inside the apartment as we believe it is more beautiful to sit outside and enjoy the views.

This waterfront old stone house was originally built in 19th century and completely renovated in 2018. The interior represents a mix of a traditional Mediterranean style combined with modern design. Set in a peaceful old fisherman village called Muo, our house is perfect base for exploring the Bay. The Old town of Kotor is less than 10min driving distance while Tivat airport is less than 20min away. The house has three levels and each level has undisturbed sea views.

The apartment is located on the first floor, 5 mins away from the Old Town, on foot. The neibhourhood is peaceful, the beaches are 5-10 minutes away on foot. The apartment has 60m2, and the terrace is 40m2 , from which you have a view of the sea of the apartment is a shortcut staircase to the Old Town, beaches and the nearest supermarket. The apartment is detailedly shown in the photos. It has one double and two single beds. Under the apartment is the garden.
