Our beautifully converted barn is ideally located in the picturesque village of Ruston. Set within a stunning Grade II listed farmstead, just 50 metres from the edge of the North York Moors National Park & with easy access of coastal walks, beaches & market towns including Whitby, Pickering, Filey, Cayton & Malton. Stylishly & comfortably furnished, the ground floor is roomy & open plan with a wood burner & under floor heating. The mezzanine bedroom has a super comfortable King size bed & bath.

Byre Cottage - 5* Stone Cattle shed Conversion.

Byre Cottage is a charming little cattle shed on private land that was restored and converted to a very high standard in 2019. It has it's own private entrance, private parking with EV charging point (Additional charge) and a fully enclosed south facing outside area with garden furniture. It lies in the rural village of Boynton, just 3 miles from the popular Yorkshire coastal resort & fishing town of Bridlington. I (Chris) live in the Old Forge with my husband & usually greet you upon arrival.

Great on site facilities incl. pub, restaurant, pool, sauna, steam room. Shop and kids activities available.

The Lake View Lodge is located on the new Meadows development. It is pet friendly and has a country theme inside. We have a log burner, two en-suites and an open planned kitchen/living space. We also have Wi-Fi, board games/Netflix/Disney+/Xbox Series S/Homepod. It’s a short walk to the beach. On site facilities include a leisure centre with gym & swimming pool, tennis court, wildflower meadow, children's play area, archery, pub, restaurant, pharmacy, beautician and more. Nestled in a serene, private valley, our 150-year-old cow barn has been meticulously transformed into a charming retreat. Enjoy lazy mornings as you watch the sun rise over the sea before taking your dog to the field, exclusively yours throughout your stay. Take the short drive to dog friendly beaches, picnic on the sand and breathe in the sea air. This unique cottage has a style all of its own. A modern property built in an old English style with large open fireplace, oak beams and wooden floors throughout. The cottage is set back off the road in a quiet courtyard with a lovely seating area to take in the daytime sun, The bedroom has a grand king size four posted bed with period furniture. There is a double sofa bed in the lounge area for extra guests but this must be booked prior to stay, all bedding and towels are provided
