Guests will have exclusive access to the main floor of this vacation property (hosts reside in a private apartment on the lower level with some shared amenities) Situated on the breathtaking south shore of Prince Edward Island, this home is conveniently located between the city centers of Charlottetown and Summerside. Seasonal attractions include proximity to Provincial Parks (featuring free beaches), several golf courses and other popular points of interest, all just a short drive away.

Located in the center of the island halfway between the Bridge and National Park, 'Old Skye Brook' offers the perfect location to unwind, relax and enjoy nature at its best with sunsets and star-filled skies. You will find beaches, dining and entertainment half an hour away. A private, outside shower offers a view of the surrounding hills. Large soaker tub in main bathroom. Road Runner’s Rest is a spacious walkout basement suite, centrally located for ease of travel in PEI. The suite features your own private entrance, a large living area with a 75” tv, a large master bedroom with a king bed and a new twin xl daybed, bathroom and a kitchenette. Make this space your home base as you travel from east to west on PEI. Ten minutes to Charlottetown, five into Cornwall, about 30 minutes to Summerside and 30 minutes to Cavendish.
