Rilassati con tutta la famiglia in questo alloggio tranquillo, immerso nella pineta nei pressi del parco della Maremma a soli 200 metri dalla Spiaggia delle Capanne Punto di partenza ideale per escursioni sulla Costa d'Argento, le Isole dell'Arcipelago Toscano, i siti archeologici dell'Etruria, le terme di Saturnia, le città d'arte toscane e Roma, la Città Eterna. Su richiesta posso organizzare per i miei ospiti itinerari enogastronomici, paesaggistici o culturali accompagnandoli personalmente.

Beach House Giannella w/ direct access to the sea

The villa is surrounded by a 1500 sq m garden with pines, Mediterranean plants and flowers, and includes a private sandy beach directly bordering the sea.It is composed of a living room, a kitchen, two double bedrooms, a bedroom with a bunk bed and two bathrooms (one of which in a small external structure). It is provided with air conditioning and a heat pump.In the park, there is an outdoor kitchen and a large table under a gazebo on the beach, which allows you to eat right in front of the sea.

L'appartamento è situato al piano terra con verande esterne, giardino condominiale. A disposizione degli ospiti lavatrice, forno, frigorifero, riscaldamento. La Guardiola - Capo Perla

La Guardiola, in tempi passati, era posta a difesa dell’ingresso a Porto Azzurro dal mare. Aveva due caratteristiche fondamentali: una vista estesa e dominante e l’accesso immediato al mare. La vista di rara bellezza, il mare che pervade ogni ambiente, la pace ed i profumi della macchia mediterranea, fanno di questo luogo un posto magico. Attualmente la struttura, di proprietà della nostra famiglia dal 1994, é una villa indipendente di 130 mq, circondata da un parco di oltre 1.000.

Terra delle Sidhe is a small organic farm located in southern Tuscany overlooking a beautiful valley located on the slopes of Monte Amiata, between the medieval towns of Castel del Piano and Seggiano. A 250 year old chestnut dryer stone house in use till 30 years ago, the holiday cottage we offer is surrounded by an organic chestnut forest and olive trees that are hundreds of years old. This charming cozy house it has now been lovingly renovated with taste and simplicity.

Puo’ accogliere 4 persone nella camera con bagno e nei 2 letti singoli della zona giorno. All’esterno ci sono 2 grandi tavoli dove pranzare all’aperto e una doccia per rinfrescarsi al ritorno dalla spiaggia.
