There is a dock with lake access (not great to swimming from shore), and local boat rentals available. 30 mins to downtown Minneapolis/Airport/Stadium/Mall of America. There are 2 bedrooms, 1 full bath, a spacious kitchen open to a great room that is perfect for socializing, cooking and relaxing, watching the ducks swim by. Dock installed in 2025. The lake is quiet, non motorized, perfect for canoeing/paddle boarding. Easy walk to the village and access to bike trails. 1 mile walk to Lake Minnetonka. Dogs require approval - please message about your dog. Interior is updated, exterior gives a rustic cottage feel. There is no dock.

Intimate Boho Oasis with Indoor Wood Burning Stove

Surround yourself with natural light and beautiful plant life in our quaint oasis. We have a medium firm Helix mattress, 1800 thread count sheets and plush pillows for a cozy nights sleep. Other features include a small private bathroom/shower combo and an intimate open kitchenette. Whether your looking to get away or visiting one of the hundreds of city attractions we hope that you you will love your stay with us! We offer high speed WiFi but do not have a television.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
