Step into the hot, bubbling jets of the jacuzzi, or warm caress of the rain shower, and restore your spirits by soothing your muscles, melting away any residual tensions of the day. Get a restful sleep in one of our soft beds. In the morning, pad around on in-floor radiant heated floors (so cozy during winter-time.) Or enjoy your morning coffee on one of four outside decks. And don’t forget to solve the mystery of the Treehouse, that awaits your discovery within its wood beamed walls. This treehouse was custom designed by its architect with three dimensional chess in mind. Artisan architectural details are found throughout. Enjoy your stay in Minneapolis in a custom-designed home in a safe and charming cul-de-sac neighborhood on the bank of the Mississippi River near downtown Minneapolis in the Historic Milling District and NE Arts & Entertainment District. This home may not be suitable for infants because of an open stairwell. (Allergy alert: a dog lives here, but not during your stay. Snow removal/lawn mowing is provided. This is our primary home that we make available while we are traveling. Dogs not allowed.

Mid Century Modern. Full remodel. This is a basement level mother in law apartment. It has a cheery bedroom with a king size bed, dressing table, dresser, closet. The Rumpus room has an electric fireplace, Roku TV, comfy chairs, sleeper sofa and a wall hung desk. There's board games, books, & puzzles. Bar top dining. The kitchen is well equipped. The bath/ laundry area has a good size shower, higher toilet, blow dryer, towels, etc. There is a full size washer and dryer, ironing board, iron.

THIS IS NOT the whole home, but is the entire lower level, which feels like one of the units in a duplex. Cabinesque, roomy, close to almost anything you would need, cozy- these are a few words to describe it. You have your own private locked entrance from the garage, where you can park. The door between the levels is locked. This space boasts a gorgeous, new bathroom, new kitchen, huge flat screen tv, 2 large bedrooms, with the dining room and living room connected.
