Family-room with secret trapdoor in former Artist's house

The room has a French bed, a private bathroom with shower, a very spacious wardrobe and a mezzanine with two floor mattresses, accessible via a ladder and a secret trapdoor. It is positioned on the courtyard behind the house and therefore enjoys great silence and tranquility. It will also be possible to access from a secondary entrance, reachable by a narrow stone path. Caution is required in ascending and descending the ladder to access the mezzanine, therefore, it is strongly discouraged in the presence of unruly children or people with limited mobility. The house is an exemplary conservative renovation of an ancient mountain residence, located in a small village in the Dolomites where time seems to have never passed. Here you can breathe clean air and savor the sense of the real mountain, of peace, of slowness. The house is structured on four floors and has several common areas, guaranteeing great privacy for each one: a well-equipped kitchen, a dining room with a wood stove and a view of the garden, a reading room equipped with books for all tastes and a comfortable desk, an English garden and an intriguing outdoor space at the back. Formerly a painter's atelier and residence, the house is full of interesting paintings, objects and books that you can enjoy while being inspired. Guests will access in total autonomy, following the punctual indications received a few days before arrival and will receive remote assistance 24/7 for the entire length of their stay. A few steps from the house you will find a delightful bakery, where you can get fresh sandwiches and croissants every morning, tasty local products or a good coffee at the counter. The Agordina Valley is a pretty mountain village, located in the Conca Agordina, within the National Park of the Belluno Dolomites, famous for its wild nature, its enormous wealth of flora and extraordinary fauna. The town is located at the gates of the Duran Pass, the scene of numerous mountain stages of the Giro d'Italia, which connects the Agordina Valley to the Valley of Zoldo and offers a spectacular alpine panorama, quite popular in summer by all types of hikers. and rock climbers and in winter by ski mountaineering and snow-shoes enthusiasts. You will need a car for getting around unless you want to use the bus service - with a stop within walking distance of the house - to visit the neighboring towns. The nearest town is Agordo and is well stocked with any type of shop and service.

Warm and cozy depandance (45mq)

The depandance was built by 2 well known carpenters with custom furnitures and it features an amazing view of the Croda Cuz and the Sassolungo in Cibiana. It's located in a quiet area of the town and faces directly the cycle lane of the Dolomites. The so called “Lunga Via delle Dolomiti” is a walking/cycling lane that connects Monaco to Venice. The depandance can host up to 4people. There's a furnished kitches with a nice stove, It is possible to park cars and bycicles in front of the depandance

L’alloggio è situato in centro paese, in zona tranquilla e soleggiata, di fronte ai meravigliosi Spalti di Toro. Nel raggio di 100 mt si possono trovare tutte le attività commerciali di prima necessità: una pasticceria, supermercato, banca, posta, farmacia, ristoranti. La camera ha ingresso indipendente, con bagno privato e posto auto. È presente un bancone con frigo, microonde, bollitore e macchina del caffè per preparare la colazione e piccoli spuntini. No cucina. Tavolino interno ed esterno.

Situato in pieno centro a Sacile, in comodissima posizione a 3 minuti a piedi da Piazza del Popolo e a 8 minuti dalla stazione dei treni. Elegante e spaziosa camera matrimoniale con bagno privato e accesso indipendente. A disposizione degli ospiti un romantico giardino interno. Parcheggio privato a 5€ al giorno e possibilità di ricarica per auto elettrica (carica tipo 2).

La Meridiana

Accogliente mansarda al terzo piano di una casa del 1895 che poggia su di un sasso in piazza a Ronch di Laste. Da qui in 5 minuti sei alla palestra di roccia più famosa delle Dolomiti. Posto tranquillo a 30 minuti d' auto dalle piste dei comprensori del Civetta e della Marmolada.

Camera Fiore

Camera matrimoniale in zona tranquilla vicino al bosco a piano terra. La camera non è molto grande ma pur sempre confortevole. L'entrata della camera (che comprende anche il bagno privato) è autonoma ma fa parte di un edificio che comprende altre tre camere.
