House near Rome with Beautiful Views and Pool

The house and pool (available June to September) are both for the exclusive use of the guests. There are no shared spaces or amenities. The house is situated in the small hamlet of Moretto, two miles below Piglio – famous for its Cesanese wine. It is set in a mountain-side olive grove, near the foot of Mount Scalambra, with beautiful sweeping views. Guests are looked after by our lovely neighbours, Ivana and Luigi. They only speak Italian, so if you need help, text me and I'll help translate!

Italian Cabins with a vintage American Style.

Mountain cabins nestled in the Italian countryside with charming villages nearby for local restaurants, bars & cafes. Marked hiking trails are just outside the door. There are direct trains to Rome (-1 hour), Naples (2 hours) & the sea (Sabaudia, Circeo, Terracina within 25 minutes)--or just relax in nature! BONUS: When you rent one cabin, the second cabin is included. The entire property (two cabins & pool) is rented to only one set of guests for complete privacy. And breakfast is included!

The house among olive trees

A cottage made up of stone and timber built on two storeys, with a large living room, glass window, a couch for two people and a bathroom with sauna; on the second storey there is a double bedroom. Outdoors, there is a large garden with a porch equipped with BBQ and a wooden table. The site is located on the pleasant hills between Bellegra and Olevano Romano. We have currently added two beds, set up in a wonderful Indian teepe available for two extra guests in addition to the four ones.

Anna's Cottage

In the green Ciociaria, a territory in the heart of the Lazio Region, resides a completely renovated old cottage, featuring 3 large lounges with panoramic windows, 3 bathrooms, 2 double bedrooms with corresponding balconies (possibility of adding an additional single bed), 1 large kitchen, a TV set, a beautiful fireplace, as well as a laundry facility. You can enjoy the beautiful pool during a warm summer's day, or take long hikes along multiple mountains surrounded by vivid green scenery.

We offer three newly renovated apartments amid the serenity and beauty of vast olive groves and the Liri Valley. We are located vis-à-vis the delightful city of Arpino, with its unique old-world charm. Our guests can enjoy the stunning views of this 7th-century BC city, a hidden jewel, and the Abruzzo Mountains from their private terrace. We are also ideally located for day trips to Rome, Naples, the Apennine National Park, the Tyrrhenian Sea, and many other remarkable places of interest.

La casetta

"La casetta" si trova in zona montuosa vicino a Roccagorga (LT). È a 35 min dal mare (Sabaudia), tra Roma (50 min di treno da Sezze) e Napoli. La casa è autonoma, con ampio giardino e uso privato della piscina (da giugno ad ottobre), la piscina si affaccia sulla vallata con vista sui monti e orizzonte sul mare del Circeo. È munita di camino per riscaldamento e di un grande BBQ all'aperto. Ci sono due camere da letto (una matrimoniale e una con letti a castello), un bagno e cucina interna.

Rilassati nella iurta Corbezzolo

Innamorati dello splendido paesaggio che circonda questo alloggio. Le nostre iurte sono posizionate in una delle aree più verdi della Tenuta, sorgono vicine tra loro e risultano facilmente raggiungibili dalle aree comuni come la piscina, garantendo tuttavia il rispetto della privacy dei nostri ospiti. La iurta "Corbezzolo" è posizionata accanto a un Corbezzolo e si compone di camera doppia con letto matrimoniale, bagno e cucina. E' dotata di patio con griglia bbq e doccia esterna

Cukicasetta Italiana

La #cukicasetta es nuestro hogar en un pueblo italiano al pie de la montaña. Una casita rosa de dos plantas, con una amplia cocina, salón espacioso, jardín en tres alturas con piscina (julio y agosto), barbacoa, horno para pizza y columpios. Ideal para unas vacaciones en familia, tanto en verano como en invierno. Cervaro es un pequeño pueblo desde donde descubrir la Italia auténtica.
